Wine Tasting Dinner

First Course
Cheese board with hickory cheddar and stella fontinella, grapes,
whole grain mustard accompanied by a slice of chicken sausage and toasted baguette
Napa Cellars Chardonnay

Second Course
Sliced duck breast over baby greens, candied pecans, julienne carrots, minced red onions, goat cheese and cranberry vinaigrette
Trinchero Main St. Pinot Noir

Third Course
New Zealand lamb chop, creamy polenta,stewed tomatoes, roasted asparagus and mint demi
Folie a Deux Merlot

Fourth Course
Mini white chocolate peanut butter cheesecake
Floie a Deux Zinfandel
